Why Ultimate Lift

Before you begin

Questions about Ultimate Lift.

Do I have to follow a U8L programme?

No. You can follow a structured programme, choose a standalone session or log your own training. The movement reference, recording tools and training history support the sessions you choose.

How do goals and weekly targets work together?

Your goal gives your training a direction. Weekly targets describe the training you choose to track. Both are visible and editable, so you can review your recorded sessions without confusing activity totals with a measured gain in strength or muscle.

How do I get access?

We are inviting lifters into the Beta in groups. Email us with your device and training focus. We will reply with joining instructions when we can offer you a place.
